These terms apply to the Ultheron website and early-access service provided by Ultheron Labs ("Ultheron", "we"). By using the service, you agree to them.

What Ultheron is

Ultheron is a trading journal, analytics and coaching tool. It analyses your own trading history and produces reports about how you executed your trades.

Not investment advice

Ultheron does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. It does not recommend buying or selling any asset, and it does not manage funds or trade on your behalf. Reports, including those written by AI, are for educational and self-review purposes only. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

Risk

Trading cryptocurrencies, derivatives and leveraged products carries a high risk of loss, and you can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance, including figures shown in your reports, does not guarantee future results.

AI-generated content

Parts of the service are written by a language model (Claude, by Anthropic). AI output is labelled and can contain mistakes. Check important conclusions against the underlying figures shown in your journal.

Your account and connections

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Ultheron.
• Connect only accounts that you own or are authorised to use.
• Use read-only API keys. Do not grant trading or withdrawal permissions to Ultheron.
• Keep your login credentials secure.

Early access

The service is in early access. Features can change, and the service may be unavailable at times. We provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Ultheron is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
